We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please reply to your order confirmation email to begin that process. We will refund 90% of your payment within 10 business days.

Cactus Land is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. We pack your order very carefully to avoid possible damages, but shipping companies still sometimes handle packages roughly.

Our pendants are mounted with a leather strap with all hand made components. They are fully adjustable, so they may be worn long or short.
